Daily Tens is our independent, free top-10 trivia game. Every day, everyone gets the same original puzzle: one ranked list and ten answers to name, in any order. You have five hearts and five hint steps. New puzzles arrive at 00:00 UTC, with past puzzles available in the archive and unlimited practice. You can start playing without an account.
How the format works
- A question defines a ranked list of exactly ten things.
- You type answers in any order; correct ones snap into their rank.
- A small allowance of wrong guesses — five hearts, here — ends the game when spent.
- Everyone gets the same puzzle that day, which is what makes results worth sharing.
Why the ranking source matters
Most arguments about these games are really arguments about data. "Best-selling artists" according to certified sales and according to claimed sales give different lists; box office with and without re-releases reorders the top ten. That's why every puzzle here states its metric, its data date and its source — see the methodology page.

This is Daily Tens at dailytens.org: an independent game with its own puzzles, its own editorial process, its own hint system and its own archive. Our archive and yesterday's answers cover the puzzles published here. Other websites use similar names; dailytens.org is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to those sites.
Where to find the archive and an unlimited mode
Two things people look for straight after their first daily top-ten game: the puzzles they missed, and a way to keep playing once today's is done. Both are here.

- Daily tens unlimited — random past puzzles dealt back to back, with no daily limit. It never touches your streak, and never spoils today's puzzle.
What Daily Tens does differently
- Source transparency. Metric, data date and source on every puzzle.
- A hint ladder instead of giving up: a clue, then the shape, then a reveal.
- A real archive. Every past puzzle stays playable, with its answers published the next day.
- Help with names. Country, state and element puzzles offer searchable suggestions. Common aliases and small free-text typos are accepted.
- No account. Streaks and stats live on your device.
